In order to hold an election at the November 4th Board Meeting to fill the current Seat M (Independent) Alternate Director vacancy on the Railbelt Reliability Council Board of Directors (Board), the Board suspends, by Emergency Action as provided at Bylaws section 2.3.9, the following two provisions regarding independent seat election procedures 2.1.2.10(1) & 2.1.2.10(2).
