The Regulatory commission of Alaska (RCA) opened a docket to investigate the RRC's proposed 2024 budget and surcharge. The docket was closed on June 14, 2024.
On December 20, 2024, the RCA issued Letter Order # L2400404, approving the RRC's surcharge update, effective January 1, 2025.
