Public Meetings Rule (ER6) and Public Notice Rule (ER7) Amendments
ER6 and ER7 were amended, through a working group process, to address inefficiencies regarding the timeline for distributing meeting materials.
The amendments were approved by the RRC Board of Directors on November 4, 2024, filed with the RCA on November 13, 2024, and became effective on December 27, 2024.
