This standard describes services, responsibilities and requirements for the Reliability Coordinator (RC). The RC is referenced and required in several standards but has never been implemented in the Railbelt. This standard creates the Reliability Coordinator, a committee established by standard that will be monitored and evaluated for compliance by the RRC.
The Technical Advisory Council (TAC) Reliability Standards Recommendation Submittal Package developed by the TAC Working Group led by the Chief Technical Officer (CTO). This package was noticed on January 21, 2025, and was acted upon by the Board on February 3, 2025.
